My first illustration for the Touhou Headphones Artbook Project, Yuuka is one of my favorite characters, and STAX are one of my favorite headphone suppliers, so it was a match made in heaven. Also, first drawing I’ve done in Photoshop since forever, really gone back to my roots for this one.

I’ve had countless people give me feedback on it already, and even this line art is the result of many hours of work, even though it’s so incomplete. Out of all the drawings I’m doing for this artbook, this one in particular has taken the longest (as of now).

Ahh hahah, the head is so tiny on this one. Luckily it was the preliminary sketch, and I fixed it soon after.

Added a placeholder background, boy are those sunflowers gonna be a pain to draw…

Suddenly! No background! Fixed her hand and changed the rotation of her parasol, and don’t worry, the background will be back for the final (hopefully).
