Alice can use Goliath doll and Flandre's Laevatein is sometimes depicted as sword. Those are pretty understandable, but Sakuya?

Technically Alice isn't a sword user since she doesn't wield one on her own, and I think the artist is going for characters with blade weapons?

She called it Sword of Lord Gion.

According to the translation notes from SSiB, Gion was a district of Kyoto that was build during the Medieval period in from of Yasaka Shrine (no, not that Yasaka) which was also called the Gion Shrine. "It was built to accommodate travelers and shrine visitors [and] evolved to become one of the most exclusive and well-known geisha districts on all of Japan."
