Well, for the being in "balance" I presume that she's tempering her old self's ruthlessness and power with her current self's restraint and pragmatism. Or something like that.

As for the throwing up... don't know, unless doing the previous is causing a mental strain on her to keep from falling to either side.

Maybe she borrowed some of Suika's training methods.

I am gonna say it has to do with her forcing herself to be nice. It is making her sick.

I think this must be due to her fight with Kanako. Maybe it made her relieve her defeat to her and so now she's in complete shock.
