Not sure. A dhampir is normally a vampire and human's child, but I was under the impression that vampires reproduced normally in this universe-i.e., insert ingredients into oven, wait nine months, etc. But a human and vampire's child is the most likely explanation IMO...
maybe it´s so in the monstergirl world from kenkou by vampires. incubus-vampire= vampire or incubus. man-vampire= dhampir female or male. one unclear question is can have some monstergirls have male incubus children or not? i would say they closer monstergirls came to humans the bigger is the chance to have one.
As I recall, the ultimate goal of the current Lord of Monsters (a succubus) is to make monstergirls capable of producing male human offspring, which would pretty much erase the line between the monstergirls and humanity completely-aside from the fact that any and all female offspring would be of the mother's species and not human. The main issue is that she has not, as of yet, amassed enough power to do so. I think that this means that they cannot give birth to Incubi. If they could do that, then there would be no need for her to be trying to achieve the goal of monstergirls being able to give birth to human male offspring.

No, in the world of MG I believe the main reason behind the large number of humans who fight for the Order (besides being religious fanatics) is the fact that humanity is afraid of being wiped out. If mamono can only produce mamono offspring, eventually all humans will be wiped out; whether from disease, accidents etc... This is why humanity fears what the mamono represent for if the mamono rule, humanity will be driven to extinction. That is why Lilith's main priority is fixing the offspring problem.
this can be also a reason but the problem is the same when monstergirls transform to much woman into monsters and only female children can be born. but if monstergirls like lilim wish that woman become monstergirls and man become incubus it´s not nesesary to transform them aganist their will. people who become that of their free will maybe are rare but sometimes humans choose to become incubus and monstergirl. if a human gets his youth back after the transformation i´am sure old people will agree. and if it´s the only way to save a human to survive because he is so badly hurt or ill and want to live longer in that case they choose the offering from the monstergirl
Anyone else think that rapier's got some kind of lust-spell or aphrodisiac on it? Considering some of the other entries, I wouldn't put it past a monstergirl to fight with something like that...
