Within Xuanfang Hold, the Mengzhou City Hall maintains the Ministry of War. Its soldiers are collectively known as the Xuanfang Wardens, who stand as the final bulwark protecting the Hold.
Among their ranks serves the Xuan Watchers, an elite formation forged to confront only the most formidable Tacet Discords. The Wardens and the Xuan Triad are led by Warden Commander Qiuhong. The Xuan Paragon Qingxiao is seldom seen within the Hold, yet whenever calamity looms, she always appears to stand as Xuanfang's protector. In response to the disappearances occurring throughout the Hold, Yangyang, an Outrider from Jinzhou, has been temporarily transferred to the Wardens. Serving as one of the Xuan Watchers, she lends her expertise in support of the Land of Xuanfang.
