Introducing Rina, the mascot of my brand new relaunched art portfolio site http://ciel-art.com!

Actually she has been the mascot of my art site from the very start, but the site was offline for almost 3 years and I felt it was time to bling her up with a fresh and cool new look XD

This image was illustrated in 2006 specifically for the new site's layout. As you can guess, I've been really busy...the website wasn't supposed to take THAT long to complete but now it's finally back online~

I wrote her name as 'Lina' on the image, this is just a playful joke on commonly misused "R" to "L" conversions of Japanese sounds and words translated into English.

This is one of my most favourite illustrations out of all my artworks so far. I wish I hadn't drawn her with such a lame, random pose tho XD
