Seems pretty simple unless I'm missing something. She's eating doughnouts quite happily then runs out; Pauses for a moment then starts eating one of her hair bun thingies which resemble a doughnut in shape...
Don't see what what the Koss PortaPro headphone note has to do with the joke though but I'm not sure.
