In winter 2025-2026 Ukrainian civilians have been constantly terrorised by Russian attacks on infrastructure. It was a huge crisis, but most of the people abroad don't know it happened since mass media overlooked it. Since Witch Hat Atelier has a theme of helping civilian folk, I wanted to draw something that could spread at least a little awareness about the blackout.
