The third in a series of annual postcards for Otaku News. The theme for this is 'matsuri', meaning 'festival' in Japanese. Here, a cheerful and younger version of Miyuki-chan dressed in yukata is enjoying a summer festival.

The postcards were included in conpacks at Amecon 2007, but they will also be distributed for free in various shops around London and future events such as London Expo in October if I remember to bring them along X3'
