If the mythology is anything to go by, this is a man who gave birth to his adoptive father's horse and once got pregnant by eating a still-beating heart, and practices a type of magic that requires contact with the semen of other men.

It would be unfair to his mythological source to not have sexual euphemisms springing up around Loki.
