Originally drawn for Leicester-based anime convention, Amecon 2006. (Which was held on the 11-13th of this month)

The plan was for the image to be fully CGed in my soft style but I couldn't complete it in time. Instead, I sent the lineart and flat base colour version just in case the staff wanted to use it for any of the con material. (The image was printed grayscale in the welcoming page of the conbook)

Despite the colouring process being 'incomplete', I think the flat colours work well enough on their own, giving it a stylised look- especially with the umber lineart and stroke.

I finished off the image with a pastel stripe background and tumbling sweets to add to the cuteness. Girliest art so far! (And even slightly fanservicey XD)

In case anyone was wondering, you wouldn't have seen me at Amecon since I didn't attend this year. ^^'
