Judged from the latest collab PV,HSR Rin very likely to be posssed by Ishtar,or at least,somehow able to use Ishtar's Noble Phantasm and having Ishtar's red eyes.

So... isn't that the same thing Ishtar does to Rin in FGO? Unless i'm missing something.
