Anniversary Parade!

HAPPY 7th ANNIVERSARY TO A HAT IN TIME!

I wanted to draw something dedicated to it this year, and I decided to draw the kids in big parade outfits! I based the others off the cover art on the Soundtrack’s vinyl record! I took a little creative liberty on MU’s outfit because I’ll be honest there isn’t much to it in the piece dfgsgfs
