The Umamusume version of Dream Journey is 144 cm/4'7".

The actual horse weighed about 416-426 kg (the average Japanese Thoroughbred is supposedly around 455 kg), and even then his weight would vary. He would reportedly diet before important races. You can see his weight history here.

Dream Journey is (he's still alive and well, but he's considered to be quite dangerous and temperamental, so he's not allowed to have visitors) quite the small horse, and at one point held the record for being the lightest horse to enter a Japanese G1 race, I believe.
