For the Space Rulers, I wanted to emphasize that they were clearly different from the robots of Earth at first glance.
One way I did this was by changing how their eyes were drawn—turning the sclera black and the pupils white—so they would immediately stand apart from the Earth robots in Gigamix.

However, I felt that if I changed both the eyes and the body design too much, they would become something entirely different. Since the original sprites were already very close to the official illustrations, I focused mainly on adjusting the balance.
