The post was misrated as G, but donmai.moe (Danbooru's G-only site) also filters out posts with certain tags like penis, so it wouldn't show up there. I don't know if Safebooru has those same tag filters (they're a different website that scrapes from Danbooru, but sometimes used to refer to donmai.moe). If they don't, then it could've still shown up there.
