You're the first person who I've seen is happy about this. I personally don't think it's "bad" that he's doing hentai, but it's a tad tasteless, and I have alot more respect for him doing SFW art and doujins.

When it comes to Imizu, I prefer badassery over erotic stuff.

If it still has crazy-ass action scenes, I'll be ok for me.

I'm pretty OK with Imizu doing an occasional erotica. He seems to know what he's doing and does it well, and from what I can see it's not going to be a main interest.

Not only that, he seems to like subverting fanon depictions of characters. It's nice.

His attention to detail even in an H-doujin is just fantastic. It puts other artists, who often leave backgrounds and other details undrawn, to shame. And look at those thighs. I think Imizu doing occasional porn is fine. In fact, I look forward to it. I really don't care about the content as long as Imizu's brilliant art is involved.

I honestly don't mind what type of story he makes. The face and hair on his images are well done as always.

Hentai certainly can get tasteless if it isn't done right. (For example faceless males [or any random out-of-nowhere shmuck really] are an immediate turn-off for me with a large dose of disappointment, for me anyway for I'm EXTREMELY picky about hetero...getting off track here.) If he can still remain within the constraint of using established characters and inject his dose of usual insanity, it doesn't bother me much.
