The second generation L200 (and the Thai version is the L200 Cyclone or just Cyclone) was called the Mighty Max and was rebadged as the Dodge Ram 50 (predecessor to the Dakota, which was also introduced in 1986 but on a different platform) here in the U.S. These were imported and sold in North America from 1986 to 1996. From what I've found, the grille makes this the later 1992-1995 body style L200 Cyclone.
The black timing cover also indicates the engine as the 4D56 diesel, the more common engine it came with in Thailand. I believe, from the way the intake lacks an inlet going in line with the plenum, it is the turbodiesel version. These early versions routed the turbine outlet straight into the intake manifold with no intercooler and the inlet is angled straight down towards the turbo. Another clue to this being a turbodiesel being depicted is that the air box hose is angled down towards what would be the inlet of the turbocharger turbine.
