The detail in this image is amazing. I know I've seen this type of car before, but I can't identify it and it's driving me crazy. Can anybody put a name to it? A WWII-era Bugatti, maybe?

I'd guess pre-WWII, and definitely not a Bugatti - they had the famous horseshoe grill, after all.
