After she gave the book back, Koakuma just managed to escape Remilia's not-particularly-veiled death threat by actually doing some of her job for a change; however, she's utterly failing the "if you want to stay around, stand up and prove it" part. This is despite Sakuya's blatant hints a couple of pages back about a good servant never hesitating to defend her mistress, regardless of personal risk - despite her advanced trolling skills, in some respects this Koakuma is really, really dense.

I'm pretty sure Patchouli didn't know about any of this, mind you. She might by now; depending on elapsed time, Remilia might have to explain herself to avoid Patchouli working herself into another asthma attack. (Of course, vampire pride plus Koakuma's inaction leading to more suffering for Patchouli would fit the way dora e has been taking things so far...)

Meiling should probably go too. Flan's probably joined the fight by now, so Sakuya will need all of the help that she can get.
