I believe there's a mistake in this. When you compare this version with its monochrome (post #1075941) sister, you can see that the right breast (left one in the pic) ends abruptly sooner than in the other. The swimsuit breast joint is also placed slightly above of what it should be.

I dunno if I explain myself, but if you compare it by yourself, the difference should be quite obvious.

Would that count as an "error" tag?

Probably not. More likely that it would be considered a revision (unless it was done by someone other that the original artist, in which case it would be a third-party_edit).
