The PoV is very tight on Seiga, it's perfectly reasonable to assume she's just out of frame. Both curvy laser spells have Yoshika on screen, but she floats down by the player instead of hanging out near Seiga. Guhun Yegui doesn't actually have lasers, it uses very tightly packed shard bullets.

Cheater cheater, Mr. Pumpkin Eater. You can't imply things like that, especially with that much of a stretch. If the artist wanted it to be the spell you mentioned he'd include Yoshika. The drawing is also tagged as
邪符「ヤンシャオグイ」
Which is, Evil Sign "Yang Xiaogui"
