Ahiru & Rue from Princess Tutu reimagined as Black girls for @creatingblackcharacters ’s melanin beam challenge! Not to brag, but I think they came out pretty cute <3
Didn’t include it here but I actually did a study drawing translating Ahiru’s hair into a bubble braid, which helped me get a grasp on things,, and I was actually stunned at how gorgeous Rue looked once I added her colors.
