I believe this song was written by Ginko Momose out of personal anguish she felt regarding Kaho’s graduation. I suspect that in Hyogo, Kaho was trying to convey to her, "I feel lonely too." To be parting ways with a friend whom she ran with in class 105th, made me shed tears occassionally. And perhaps it was lonely for Kaho to see her friend
