A spiritual successor to this piece I drew a while ago.
I'm certain that the name "Sara Bellum" is a pun on the Latin phrase "Para Bellum," meaning "Prepare for war," but why is that the name of a secretary? That's an intense name for a woman who works an office job. I am guessing that she may have been conceptualized as a villain at one point, like Harvey Dent becoming Two-Face, but I don't remember the show ever going there with her.
