And yes, I love my boy Okuyasu so dearly. And let me tell you, despite having only seen clips of it, I also love the English Dub-yasu (& Josuke). >v<
While my love for the Japanese voices undoubtedly surpasses it by a sheer unfamiliarity with the English Dub, I love that the English VCs (whether by design or not) brought new energy to them (Especially Josuke. He sounds so polite and even more so innocent compared to his Japanese counterpart 🥺).
Plus, the fact that Okuyasu is the one who coined the name "Josuyasu" in the show is just brilliant (read: hilarious) to me. The bromance is off the charts. 😭
