Akane Tendo. (らんま1/2 天道あかね) (란마 ½ 텐도 아카네)
I liked how this turned out, she looks more like the anime version of Akane, which is harder to pull off, usually because the eyes and sometimes its difficult figuring out her hair, especially if I wanted to add movement like a breeze or something its harder to do with Akane's short hair. As I struggled, I started to debate just drawing her hair long, but in the end I think I accomplished what I wanted. I'm depicting Akane A little older in this image, which is why she is given a little more height and her skirt has more material and length more often seen on Kasumi than Akane's much shorter skirts. She's carrying a large bag usually reserved for carrying groceries, rather than the smaller purses Akane usually carries in the manga. I didn't want my older version of Akane's clothing style to look too much like what Kasumi wears, so the overall outfit is mostly based off an outfit Akane wore often in the anime, (predominately her shirt) she especially wore the outfit a lot in season 2. I'll post a link to an image of Akane wearing a similar version of this outfit for any who want some visually aid or something.

However, one major adjustment to the outfit, that's different than it was in the anime, is a the black sash at the top of the skirt. It's kinda a fashion technique used to show off your figure better. And if your short, a black /dark colored/ sash or belt worn around the waist is a really good way to help show you have a waist. or enunciate it better.
