The artist almost certainly does not use this website, so they will not see your comment here. If you want to speak to them, use their twitter.
The artist appears to communicate exclusively in Japanese, so don't be surprised if they don't respond to a request written in English.
The Hatsune Miku character and derivatives are owned by Crypton Future Media and covered by a CC-BY-NC license, so even in the unlikely event that the artist of this image grants permission for you to use it, you still can't legally use it for commercial purposes. Artists can't sell you rights they don't own.
