Mother Peahen and chick
Time: 21hrs, PS Cs3
Worked on it on and off over 3 weeks. Inspired by Greg Tucker's bird series photography.
In Hinduism the Peacock is associated with Lakshmi who is a deity representing benevolence, patience, kindness, compassion. In this image there are hidden hearts to connect to a peace and love theme. I also wanted to put emphasis on the relation ship between mother and child depicted here, the peahen watching over her chick.
