I gotta say, the little bits of animalisation work really well for Chen and Ran - Chen sells her semi-feral but also childish nature, while Ran's details are subtle enough to miss while still unmistakably marking her as a fox... but that Yuuma design is doing her no favours. She looks like a c-list disney villain you forgot about until a youtube short that focused on her one good scene.

The heavier build costs her the usual gremlin vibe, seemingly to sell the idea she's greedy and gluttonous (which the Comically Large Spoon and the cutlery 'buttons' sell just fine regardless), and that combined with the big honkin' muzzle that can't commit to the full goat strangeness or a mostly-human silhouette? It makes her look like far less of a threat than she probably was intended to be. A normal Yuuma can go from seemingly reasonable and in control, even cute, to rabid cannibalistic crackhead without changing her design, while this design can only go from vaguely threatening furry to explicitly threatening furry.
