This one has added in Homulilly (Homura's Witch form), in between Ophelia and Walpurgisnacht. Homulilly is capable of Gravity and Graviga, and Mute (which disables magic attacks) as well as an attack called Return, which resets THE ENTIRE BATTLE. (Rarely, it seems like Return actually kills Homulilly.) She seems to only use Return when Madoka is in the fight.

EDIT: Return only kills Homulilly if she uses it after she uses Mute. Otherwise, it resets the battle.

There is also the issue of making the translations fit into the fixed-width text boxes while still maintaining the original meaning.
