So the paperwork was wrong and they did serve food after all? I'm not surprised. No food on a 10 hour flight would be insane. I had kind of the same thing, my paperwork indicated my flight was to be on two ERJs. I was really dreading 4 hours in a ERJ but it turned out that the paperwork was wrong, it was 1 hour in a ERJ and then 3 hours in a 738. I felt like I'd received a last-minute pardon.

One meal after seven hours isn't eating too much.

That's a long 3 course meal
