I wasn't too sure if to tag it ace_combat or original, the pixiv tags have "fenrir", which the artist also used for an Ace Combat image. Fenrir being a plane in the Ace Combat series.
The writing on the ship doesn't seem to appear in a google search either.

He/she might just be referencing to the Norse Mythological Wolf FENRIR, not really the Fenrir from Ace Combat.
