Artist's commentary
I recently gave a presentation at an event in Chicago, and since I'm a former Disney animator, I explained the differences between Disney-style full animation and Japanese animation drawing techniques.
These are the materials from that presentation.
The first image is a storyboard, and I've drawn two versions of it: one for full animation and one for limited animation.
