This is a very rare fine.The artist is Masaki Mizuhara, He is know mosley by his Figures masaki mizuhara collection.
He is a great artist but not much of his art work is available. If you have any more of his work pleases post it. Mizuhara's art is definitely rare. It doesn't help that his art is sometimes mistakenly attributed to Inoue Takuya, and probably vice-versa.
