Did someone take the head off an Aqua figurine and attach it to a saber body and hair piece?
The hair and body are likely from the Figma 227 Saber 2.0 figure and the faceplate from the Figma 399 Aqua figure. Parts are apparently not necessarily interchangeable between different Figmas though, so might have required some modifications to make things fit.
