It's not. While the styles are almost similar, and that can cause confusion, this is Tomokazu Nakano's work as he's been handling the illustrations for the series since Matrimelee, to my knowledge.

From what I can tell it's a mix of both artists, though I think tomokazu nakano handles Rin's design and Range Murata handles most of the returning cast. Not sure
