I would say no, but the original poster was the one who tagged that, so he must have had a reason. Maybe the tag was there on Pixiv?

However, Yuyuko would never have met Yukari before she died, so it's pretty unlikely that this is actually a living Yuyuko pic.

You do realize that Yukari and Yuyuko were friends before Yuyuko died, right? Yuyu just doesn't remember her previous life.
