This inadvertent sore loser Kogasa-san is me. :-) I've gotten able to sing about 70% of it, but I still flub it up here and there. I can't learn "No Life Queen", either!

The Roman numerals are directly reproduced in the translation; it isn't as if they're written in kanji.

This is doubtless a result of Yukari messing with the boundary between "purely factual diary" and "comic strip partially fictionalized for entertainment purposes." :-)
