Some context for the top scene, it was an Alpha Legion kill team who disguised themselves as Ultramarines to gain a private audience with Guilliman to assassinate him.
I found the scene funny because Guilliman was gaslighting himself into thinking that his not-sons were experiencing PTSD because they were covering sightlines and corners to prevent his own escape, before he realized that they were not his sons.
