Look at the source, it links to toranoana, you can buy them there but unless you live in Japan you're gonna need a proxy or some method of shipping to wherever you live since they only ship inside Japan.

Sakuya's ORLY look and Cirno's blank stare are among the best of the bunch.

It looks like they are just for decoration and not for actual use. I would never play with those tiles. They are just too colorful and the tiles of a single suit don't even share a theme. Okuu is dark green, Haku (白) is not white, but black, and the sou (bamboo) tiles are completely random character features, especially Byakuren.
I couldn't even tell if someone is going for a single suit hand by looking at their discards.

It's a "Touhou Unreal Mahjong 3rd Generation" mahjong set. It goes for 28 000 Yen, and it comes with dice, point counters and a matt. Still, since the pictures are just printed on the tiles, and not engraved, use will ruin them...
