From the left: Amura style, kogal, shiro gyaru, yamanba style, manba style, agejo style and hime gyaru style. (A heisei-style representation of the lineage of Gyarus).
In addition to these, between the kogal and yamanba, you'd also find ganguro style gyaru, as well as onee-gyarus.
