You hold daggers like they're swords in skyrim for some reason...
I never bothered with daggers, playing a mage-type character. I'll assume the dagger attacks are mostly stabs and high-to-low slashes, for which the normal grip works just fine. You use the reverse grip to do side-to-side slashes and hook the opponent, as well as blunt punches with the pommel. Different fighting styles, different pros: normal grip gives you more range and greater penetration in your stabs as well as more opportunities for a stab; reverse grip gives you more control, overhead stabs, better parrying and entrapment, at the price of reduced range and harder control over your style.
That said, I'd personally wield these swords in normal grip. Only dual knives warrant a double reverse grip in my book.
