You are confusing a general sense of innocence with a choice over sexuality. In terms of mental development Tama is much younger then Ran and Shizuki. Her rejecting them smacks much more of not knowing what to do with their advances then it does knowingly turning them down.

Actually of the 3 Ran is probably mentally youngest.
Tama is 10 years old physically but has the memories of past lives, Shizuki is 300, Ran is physically and mentally 10 even if it's been 30 years since she was born.
