this is the fairy tale magician Cendrillon from sci-fi light novel New Testament, or as i like to call her, Surferella (°◞౪◟°) (¿¿¿ ).
the most important part abt her was that her magic was absolutely terrifying. this version of Cinderella was twisted, i refuse to include her shoes in the pic
