A 100-Year Reunion

A young Seyfried and Flowdia meet on the hanging bridge of a garden overlooking the sea.
Seyfried puts a waling-waling in Flowdia's hair and smiles wordlessly, the gesture eliciting a mirthful giggle from the latter.
... Now an old woman, Flowdia is gripped by horror at the sight of the long-lost king, seemingly unaged after one hundred years. His face, though unchanged by time, is now unrecognizable to her as flames pour in and illumine every harsh line of his deep scowl.
