I have to admit, I giggled when I first heard his name. While Lars is a fairly common name in Sweden, it's usually only middle-aged men who have it, making it a tad bit unintentionally silly on a young man. Still, it's a much more "authentic" name than most characters who are supposed to be Swedish get.
