It ain't 2006 any more bro; screamers have never been cool, never will be. They usually will get people to not like a creator or their content. Put that a few seconds into the edit time, no one would be upset then.

If it was just an edit of alien stage art, I was gonna flag it. I checked the TikTok comments and they suggested that the editor actually drew the art too. So they're being really humble just calling it an edit.
