But for the record,in case it wasn't obvious, this picture is related to the Suite/Smile Precure collectable card promotion that Japanese McDonald's did in January of this year. They came packaged like that so you didn't know which one you were getting until you opened it up.

Judging by the stack and part of the pixiv description ("「なんでサニーだけ出ないんや！！！」) it looks like Akane is having trouble finding a Cure Sunny card.

There was a similarly blind-packaged Spongebob promo later in the same month so that might explain the pile on top of Yayoi (the description mentions "Everyone loves Spongebob (stock/stockpile)") Pikachu is, of course, a seiyuu joke.
