この年末で、おもちゃ好き屋さんを名乗って５年が経ちました。
SDイラストを描き始めたのは割と最近ですが、ずっと描きたいなと思いつつ実力不足ゆえに渋っているヒーローがいました。
と言いますのも、大好きなヒーローですし、かつSDを描き始めるきっかけになったものですので、大事に大事にと温めていたわけです。
そんな折にグリッドマンのアニメ化やBD発売。この機を逃すわけにはいかぬと奮起いたしました。時間はその分かかっちゃいましたが。
最後に。イメージレスポンスにありますが、僕をSDに引きずり込んでくださったことに感謝してもしきれません。今後とも頑張ります。

At the end of this year, it will have been five years since I started calling myself a “toy enthusiast.”
I only started drawing SD illustrations relatively recently, but there was one hero I’d always wanted to draw—yet held back because I felt my skills weren’t up to the task.
The reason is that he’s not only one of my favorite heroes, but also the very reason I started drawing SD illustrations in the first place, so I’d been carefully saving him for a special occasion.
Then came the news of Gridman’s anime adaptation and Blu-ray release. I knew I couldn’t let this opportunity pass me by, so I rallied myself. It did take me a while, though.
Finally, as mentioned in the image response, I can’t thank you enough for dragging me into the world of SD art. I’ll keep doing my best from here on out.
